Prashant Shah is a global supply chain executive, U.S. Marine Corps veteran and co-author of The 70/20/10 Rule. Over 25 years he has led operations at Target, Macy’s, Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare, LaserShip, Casper and SwagUp, helping scale high-growth companies through four acquisitions and exits, including LaserShip’s $1.8 billion private-equity transaction. Today he is Head of E-Commerce, North America at A.P. Moller – Maersk. Prashant began his career as a Sergeant in the Marine Corps, the foundation for a leadership style built on discipline, people and results.
